Typically a regular paper consists of at least 6 pages including all figures, tables, and references. Longer papers will also be accepted, up to 15 pages, but a fee of $40 for each extra page will be required.
Details of the registration fees
1) Registration fees for ICACSE 2024 Regular is 480 USD / 3500 CNY per paper; 2) The registration fee does not include: • Accommodation • Visa application fee • Transportation fee 3) At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register; 4) Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment; 5) If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you; 6) At least 20% of registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
Payment
Kindly email to us for getting the invoice or registration instruction. Following payment methods are available: • Bank • Alipay Authors will receive paper ID after you submit successfully. For listeners, please contact acseconf@163.com to generate an ID for you. If you have booked the conference but can no longer attend please note the cancellation policy on the online store 'more information' tab.
Notices
1) Payment must be made in USD or RMB. The conference organizer will not bear any bank charges associated with the transfer of money; 2) Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact asceconf@163.com for details); 3) The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE Accommodation fee, Transportation fee, visa application fee and Paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.
